Shellie Crochet Comb

Loreauville- Funeral Services for Mrs. Shellie C. Comb, 87, will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 2:00PM with Deacon Chris Doumit officiating. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Loreauville on Friday, December 26, 2025 from 8:30AM until time of services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM.

A native of Loreauville, Mrs. Shellie passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at The Carpenter House. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed playing BINGO and Pokeno and loved going thrift shopping. Above all else, she cherished spending time with her family and friends, creating memories that will be forever treasured by those who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Eric Comb of Loreauville, Craig Comb of Loreauville, Penny Comb Barnes and her husband Billy of Anna, TX, Vicky Comb Rodriguez and her husband Mike “Mario” of Cade, Holly Comb of Loreauville, Neal Comb of Loreauville, Amy Comb Bergeron and her husband Jude of Galveston, TX, and Aaron Comb of Loreauville; her grandchildren, Spencer Comb, Logan Comb, Madison Comb, Mason Barnes, Brooke Barnes Garcia, Breigh Rodriguez, Ashley Comb, Krislyn Blanchard, Hali Hebert Vaughn, and Mica Hebert; her great-grandchildren, Gabriella "Gabby" Comb, Walker Comb, and Amelia Comb; her siblings, Donald Crochet and Patricia “Patsy” Crochet; and her brother in-law, Joseph “Frank” LeBlanc.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Comb, Jr.; her parents, Rene Crochet and Mae Richard Crochet; and her siblings, Lois Crochet, Harold Crochet, Sr., and Phyllis “Fee” Crochet LeBlanc.

Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Comb, Craig Comb, Neal Comb, Mason Barnes, Dwight Crochet, and Aaron Comb.

Frioux-David Funeral Home of Loreauville, 118 South Main Street, 337-229-8338, will be handling the services.
