Rose Broussard Romero

Lafayette - A celebration of the life of Rose Broussard Romero 66, will be held Monday May 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM in David Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Monday May 24, 2021 from 9:00 AM until time of services.

Rose was a native of Broussard and a resident of Lafayette, she enjoyed traveling, working crossword puzzles, and playing with her dogs, and telling stories of her adventures as a cross country truck driver. She will best be remembered for her love of family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Patrick Romero; daughter Lelania Ridgley; grandchild Desire Ridgley; sister Patricia Roberts; and her brother Walter Broussard Jr.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents Walter Broussard Sr. and Julia Hebert Broussard; and her grandchild Destiny Sosza.
