Jenny Evelyn Menard

Erath- Memorial Services for Ms. Jenny Evelyn Menard, 45, will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 3:00PM with Fr. Clinton Sensat officiating.

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church from1:00PM until 3:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 2:00PM.

A native of Erath and resident of Abbeville, Ms. Jenny passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Ms. Jenny enjoyed arts and crafts, watching cooking shows, and collecting cookbooks. Throughout her life, she had many cats whom she loved deeply, especially Ginger. Above all, she loved her family and cherished the time spent with them. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her many interests, and the love she shared with those around her. Ms. Jenny will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Broussard Menard; her siblings, Dominic Menard and his wife Tara of Delcambre, Daniel Menard and his wife Lacey of Parks, and Jill Romero and her husband Devon of Erath; her nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Vincent and her husband Wyatt, Amanda Bourque and her husband Dylan, Seth Romero, Miley Romero, Owen Romero, Bruce Romero, Tristin Menard and his wife Natalie, Rani Menard, and Evin Menard; and her great nieces, Oakley Bourque, Charli Claire Menard, and Kennedy Bourque.

She is preceded in death by her father, Rixby Menard; maternal grandparents Aldes and Ina Thibodeaux Broussard; paternal grandparents Theodore and Ozite Romero Menard.
