Erath- Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel C. LeBlanc, 87, will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Erath on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00PM with Reverend John “Buddy” Breaux officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Mausoleum in Delcambre.

Visitation will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Erath on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 9:00AM until time of services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM.

A resident of Erath, Mrs. Hazel passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Mrs. Hazel was a employee of both Cambell's and Bill's Dollar Store as well as the Council of Aging and assisted delivering food . Granny was a long-time member of the Good Sam's Club and one of their "Patch Coordinators" and enjoyed both traveling, camping be it locally or not and she always made friends to add to the family. She loved volunteering at local nursing homes and brought her grandchildren to carry the tradition in line dancing and joined in activities everywhere she went. She especially enjoyed cooking as well as making preserves from home grown fruits and vegetables. She enjoyed sewing along with making ends meet with whatever means she had, storing and saving everything. But most of all she loved her role as “Mother Hen” to her family and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed my many.

She is survived by her children, Clayt J. LeBlanc of Erath, Carman T. LeBlanc and his wife of Lafayette, Carlos J. LeBlanc of Erath, and Charlotte Faulk and her husband of Erath; her godchild Brenda Millet and husband Isreal; her grandchildren, Victoria M. LeBlanc, Katelynd and her husband Cameron Champagne, Janice M. Gary and her wife Stacey, Liza McCracking, Erin LeBlanc, Jacie LeBlanc, Jessie LeBlanc, Adam LeBlanc, Tiffany and her husband Luke, Shane and his wife Britni, Jeremy and his wife Nina, Duston and his wife Paula, Ronald Faulk, Jr., and Patrick Faulk and his wife Emily; her great grandchildren, Addilynn Rose Waller, Abbigail JaceLynn Waller, A’Leighia Jolie Waller, Devon Perrin, Mya Perrin, Gabryel Perrin, Lillie Ann LeBlanc, Kylie Chandler, Colin Faulk, Kelsie Faulk, Makynzee LeBlanc, Emery LeBlanc, Logan LeBlanc, Adylyn Brooke, Amelia McCracking, Janie Suire, Bianca Breaux, Zerek Suire, and four more great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Patrick “Murphy” LeBlanc; her parents, Julia Sellers Clostio and Silvest Clostio; and her brother, Raymond Cloteaux; great-grandson, Carter Jace Waller, and her great-granddaughter Pheonix LeBlanc.
