Erath – A Private Service and Interment was held for Mrs. Gloria Theriot Richard, 87, at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 with Fr. Andre Metrejean officiating. A native and resident of Erath, Mrs. Gloria died 10:53AM on Monday, April 6, 2020 at Maison de Lafayette Nursing Center. She is survived by a son, Jeff Richard and his wife Melissa of Erath; two daughters, Katherine Morton and her husband Patrick of Erath and Carla Quebedeaux and her husband Jack of Arnaudville; a brother, Michael Theriot of Erath; seven grandchildren, Cory Richard, Jude Richard, Brock Richard, Alison Veazey, Ashley Segura, Jenna Segura, and Jordan Durrow; and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jules Richard, Jr.; her parents, Lawless and Lelia Babineaux Theriot; and a brother, Oris Theriot. Serving as pallbearers were members of her family.
