Jeanerette– A Christian Burial was conducted for Florine Anderson LeBlanc, age 80, Wednesday, August 3, 2022. A private burial was held at St. John the Evangelist Mausoleum.

A native of and lifelong resident of Jeanerette, Florine A. LeBlanc passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 12:10 p.m. at Consolata Nursing Home.

Florine enjoyed spending time with friends at the casino. She loved cooking for her family for holidays, celebrations or in fact just anytime to spend time with family.

Florine is survived by her 4 children, Jason LeBlanc (Rachel), Donna Schilling (Gary), Tina Becnel (Bill), Detra Buteau (Steve); 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Jaynell VanZile, and one brother, Mark “Malcom” Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Jessie LeBlanc; two sons, Wade LeBlanc, and Kevin LeBlanc; parents, Marvin and Inez Bonin Anderson; sister, Deanna Rogers, and brother, Keith Anderson.
