Jeanerette- Funeral services for Elaine Verret Graham, 91, who passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Frioux Funeral Home of Jeanerette. Inurnment will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Visitation will take place at Frioux Funeral Home of Jeanerette on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10:00AM until the time of service.

Elaine was a loving mother and grandmother and her love was felt by everyone who knew her. She found joy doing word puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune each evening, and filling her home with the comforting smell of homemade meals and baked treats.

She had a special gift for making people feel loved and remembered, never missing a birthday and always finding a way to celebrate those she cared for. Her kindness and devotion to her family will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

She is survived by her three children, Penny Cox and her husband Bruce, Priscilla Hyde and her husband Samuel, Raymond Sauce and his wife Sharon; nine grandchildren, Christopher Cox, Kimberly Cox Dunnaway, Christina Toucheck, Joshua Dupuis, Jessica Mikulskis, Jay Sauce, Rachel Bufkin, Tiffany Miller, and David Houston; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Broussard.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Jesse Sauce; her parents Julian Verret and Marie Cole Verret; a sister, Betty Verret; and a brother, Julien Verret Jr..

Frioux Funeral Home of Jeanerette, 400 Provost Street, 337-276-5151, will be handling the services.
