Dorothy "Renee" Badeaux

New Iberia– A memorial service will be conducted Friday, September 30, 2022, at 4:00 pm at David Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Keith Landry officiating for, Dorothy “Renee” Badeaux, age 52, who passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Iberia Medical Center.

She was a native of Savanna, Georgia, and a resident of New Iberia.

Renee loved spending time with family and friends especially time with her boys. When relaxing she was either watching tv or fishing.

She enjoyed jewelry making, loved to shop for shoes, and was an awesome cook.

Renee is survived by her sons, Noah Badeaux, and Clay Champagne; brother, William Hargrave; best friends Donna LeBlanc (Kernie), Amanda McGowen, Dawn Robichaux, and Melanie Griffin; grandmother, Dorothy Boone; aunt, Linda Trautman (Conrad); former husband, Kevin Badeaux; friend, Aaron Champagne; nieces, Jessica Hebert, and Johnna Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Hargrave; and one brother, Joey Hargrave.
