Deborah Delino Robichaux

Abbeville- A Mass of Christian Burial for Deborah Delino Robichaux, 69, will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church, on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 at 1:00PM. With Father Francois Sainte-Marie officiating. Interment to follow at a later date at St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at 9:00AM until the time of service on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, at Frioux-David Funeral Home with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM .

A dedicated educator for over 27 years, Deborah inspired generations of students with her passion for learning and her warm, patient spirit. Her commitment to teaching extended far beyond the classroom, and her influence will be felt for years to come.

Known for her exceptional talents in the kitchen, Deborah brought joy to countless family gatherings and celebrations. Her crawfish étouffée was a beloved favorite, and her beautifully crafted wedding cakes were the centerpiece of many special days. Her hands were rarely still—whether she was baking, sewing Mardi Gras costumes, or embroidering delicate pillowcases and baby clothes for loved ones. Her creativity and care shone through in everything she made.

Deborah also had a deep love for travel, especially her cherished trips with her parents. These journeys created lasting memories and strengthened the bonds of family that meant so much to her.

A devout Catholic, Deborah’s faith was central to her life. She found great comfort and joy in attending church, and her devotion was a guiding light for her family and friends.

Deborah will be remembered not only for her talents and accomplishments but for her kindness, her unwavering faith, and the love she shared so freely. She leaves behind a grateful family, former students, and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.

She is survived by a son, Gary Robichaux and his fiancée Sydney Mclain; two sisters, Pam Gauthier and her husband Marty, Joan Boyer and her husband Ray; two brothers, Tim Delino and his wife Melissa, and Keith Delino; an aunt and uncle, Gayle and Doreatha Brown; five nieces and nephews, Brittany Cahill and her husband Ryan, Cody Gauthier and his wife Robin, Seth Gauthier and his wife Jennifer, Hannah Boyer and John Paul Boyer; her cousin and best friend Roxanne Broussard; best friend, Terry Guidry; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Emily Bernard Delino; and a nephew Spencer Boyer.

Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Robichaux, Tim Delino, Keith Delino, Seth Gauthier, Cody Gauthier, and Marty Gauthier.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Terry Guidry and Ray Boyer.

Frioux-David Funeral Home of Abbeville at 2600 Charity Street (337) 893-3777 will be handling the arrangements.
