Erath ~ A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Anna Belle Hebert LeBlanc, at 1:00PM, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Erath, with Father Alexander Albert officiating. The Readers will be her granddaughters, Megan Bercier and Kim Frederick. Serving as Giftbearers will be her granddaughters, Emilie Bradley, Alex Choate, and Erin Wilder. Bridget Touchet will serve as Vocalist and Manique LeBlanc will accompany her as Pianist. Internment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum.
Visitation will begin at 5:00PM, on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Lafayette and continue until 9:00PM. A Recitation of the Rosary will be led by the LeBlanc Community Rosary Group, of which she was a member, at 7:00PM.
Visitation will reopen at 9:00AM, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Lafayette and continue until the time of service. A Recitation of the Rosary will be led by Deacon Tim Marcantel at 10:00AM.
Born in Youngsville, LA., Mrs. Anna Belle passed away peacefully in her sleep, Monday, July 28, 2025, at the age of 97 years old, at her residence in LeBlanc Community with her family at her side.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, survived by her five children, Kenneth LeBlanc and his wife Renee of Murfreesboro, TN., Debbie Frederick and her husband Jerry of Las Vegas, NV., Jackie Bernard and her husband Ricky of Youngsville, Carl LeBlanc and his wife Connie of Abbeville, and Jennifer Mendoza and her husband Al of Abbeville; thirteen grandchildren, Matthew LeBlanc and his wife Christina, Lauren LeBlanc, Erin Wilder and her husband Kevin, Kristen Sisk and her husband Corey, Ryan Frederick and his wife Dawn, Kim Frederick, Emilie Bradley and her husband Jasen, Adam Bernard and his wife Kim, Ross Bernard and his wife Mariet, Jason Gainer and his wife Alicia, Alex Choate and her husband Trey, Eric LeBlanc and his wife Bliss, Megan Bercier and her husband Anthony; twenty-six great-grandchildren; one sister, Ella Hebert of Youngsville; and her sister-in-law Lena Alleman and her husband Chubby of Abbeville.
Anna Belle was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leo LeBlanc; her parents, Adrien Hebert and Eloge Savoy Hebert; her in-laws, Dudley and Ursule LeBlanc; and two sister-in-laws, Robella Langlinais and Emma Lou Bailey.
Pallbearers will be Matthew LeBlanc, Adam Bernard, Ross Bernard, Eric LeBlanc, and Jason Alleman.
The family expresses their deepest appreciation to their mother’s sitters, Debbie Rogers, Helen Viator, Malinda Weaver, and her niece, Marlene Comeaux, and Hospice of Acadiana for the care given to their mother within the past year.
