Agnes "Rose" Hulin

Lafayette- A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Agnes “Rose” Hulin, 92, will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church of Youngsville on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 11:00AM with Fr. Michael Russo officiating. Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Frioux-David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 10:00AM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 6:00PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 8:00AM until time of services.

A resident of Youngsville, Mrs. Rose passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025. A devoted and faithful member of the Ladies Altar Society and St. Anne Catholic Church, she lived her life in service to her faith, her family, and her community. In her free time, Mrs. Rose found joy in caring for her family and her home. She loved cooking meals that brought everyone together, tending to her garden, and sewing. Above all, she cherished the moments spent with the people she loved most. Her warmth, generosity, and devotion to her family will be remembered always. She will be deeply missed by many.

She is survived by her sons, Joe Clifton Hulin, Jr. of Youngsville, and Faren J. Hulin and his wife Lea of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Brandon and his wife Amber, Joshua and his wife Katie, Brian and his wife Danielle, and Sean; her great-grandchildren, Brody, Emily, and Noah; and her siblings, Margarette Segura, Julian Porier, Donald Porier, and Rodney Porier.

She is preceded in death by her husband of over seventy years, Clifton Hulin, Sr.; her parents, Julian Porier and Euphemie Romero Porier; and her siblings, Julie Latiolais, Belle Breaux, Edma Freeman, Patsy Gonzolas, Francis Porier, Louis Porier, and Ewell Porier.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Hulin, Joshua Hulin, Brian Hulin, Sean Hulin, Brody Hulin, and Keven Noris.

Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Noah Hulin.
