Kathleen Winters Labauve

January 30, 1951 — February 10, 2007

Lafayette- A Memorial Service for Kathleen Winters LaBauve, 56, will be held at First Baptist Church of Youngsville on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 6:30PM with Rev. Mark Gaudin officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM. Mrs. LaBauve a native of Somerset, MA and a resident of Lafayette died Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 12:25PM at Lafayette General Medical Center. She was the longest active member of First Baptist Church of Youngsville where she was a trustee and a member of the choir. She also was a member of the Quilters Guild Acadienne, and Sew Bee It. She worked in the dietary department at Lafayette General Medical Center for the past 4 years. She enjoyed Quilting, Crochet, and doing many other crafts. She is survived by three sons, Dudley E. LaBauve, III, Phillip W. LaBauve, and Christopher J. LaBauve all of Lafayette; a daughter, Jennifer L. Richard of San Antonio, TX; a brother, Clifford Winters, Jr. of Somerset, MA; and three grandchildren, Allison M. Richard, and Ethan P. Richard both of San Antonio. TX, and Alexander A. LaBauve of Lafayette. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford H. Winters, Sr. and Eunice V. Marden Winters; and a brother, Richard A.Winters.
