New Iberia - Graveside services for Mr. Arthur L. Carr, 83, will be conducted at 10:30 AM Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Holy Family Cemetery with Deacon Wade Broussard officiating. A native of Westlake and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Carr died at 8:25 AM Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at Belle Teche Nursing Home. He is survived by his friends, Carol Mire and family of New Iberia; nephew, Norman Sonnier; and niece, Pat Miller of Orange, Texas. Mr. Carr was preceded in death by his wife, Leona Sonnier Carr; and parents, Byron K. and Ida Cherry Carr. David Funeral Home of New Iberia, 1101 Trotter Street (337) 369-6336, is in charge of the arrangements.
