NEW IBERIA " A Mass of Christian Burial for Eustan Geoffray, 88, will be conducted at 10:00AM Monday, January 28, 2008 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike Arnaud, Pastor of Navity of Our Lady Catholic Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery with Military Graveside Rited conducted by V.F.W. Post 1982 Honor Guard.

Visiting hours will be observed Sunday, January 27, 2008 from 10:00AM until 10:00 PMwith a rosary being recited by Rev. Mark Derise at 6:30PM at David Funeral Home. Visitation will resume Monday, January 28, 2008 at 8:00 AM until the time of services with a VFW Post No. 1982 Ritual at 9:00 AM.

A native of Vermilion Parish and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Geoffray died at 10:05AM Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at his daughter's residence.

Mr. Geoffray retired from Ernest P. Breaux after 30 years of service. He was a member of VFW Post No. 1982, American Legion Post No. 4 having served in theU. S. Army during World War IIand the New Iberia Boat Club. He was an usher at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

He is survived by his four children, Dola Geoffray Broussard and husband LeRoy, Judy Geoffray Prados and husband Wilbert, Gail Geoffray Leleux and husband Keith, all of New Iberia, and Glenn Geoffray and wife Linda of Baldwin; special friend, Rena Menard of St. Martinville; eight grandchildren, Eric Broussard and wife Anne, Greig Broussard and wife Pam, Sandra Broussard Moore and husband Charlie, all of New Iberia, Melissa Prados Theriot and husband Paul of Baton Rouge, Sean Prados of Lafayette, Anissa Broussard of New Iberia, Mike Broussard and wife Cindy of New Iberia, and Kami Geoffray of New Orleans; an honorary granddaughter, Lynn Deckard of New Iberia; nine great-grandchildren, Scott Broussard of Lafayette, BrantMoore and wife Tammy of New Iberia, EricaMoore of New Iberia, Adam Theriot of Baton Rouge, Timothy Prados of St. Martinville, Nick Prejean of New Iberia, Jordan Collins of Alabama, Brandi Broussard of New Iberia, and Morgan Gray of Baton Rouge; an honorary great-grandson, Jakob Deckard of New Iberia; and sister, Effie Viator of Lafayette.

Mr. Geoffray was preceded in death by his wife, Emaze Nan Norman Geoffray; parents, Alexson and Rosella Primeaux Geoffray; and a sister, Agnes Geoffray LeBlanc.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Geoffray, LeRoy Broussard, Wilbert Prados, Eric, Greig and Mike Broussard.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sean Prados, Charlie Moore, Paul Theriot and Keith Leleux.
