Loving Sister and Aunt Loreauville " Funeral Services will be conducted for Miss Carolyn Marie Walet, Age 66 at 1:00PM Saturday October 4, 2008 at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Father Buddy Breaux officiating. Interment will follow in St. Josephs Mausoleum. Visitation will be Saturday October 4, 2008 from 8:00AM until service time. A Rosary will be prayed at 11:00AM Saturday. She died Friday October 3, 2008 at 3:29AM in a local hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Loreauville Miss Carolyn enjoyed caring for her dogs Shep, Blue and Black Eyes. Survivors include her brothers; Pliny Walet and wife Carolyn and Herman Walet and his wife Amaryllis and one sister; Charlene Walet all of Loreauville. Survivors also include numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Howard and Lawrence Gonsoulin Walet, one sister; Gail Walet and one brother; Michael Walet. Pallbearers will be Shane Walet, Ory Begnaud, Danny Walet, Alex LeBlanc, Merlin Butsy Walet and Gerard "B-Boy" Gondron. Honorary pallbearers will be Pliny Walet, Herman Walet, Johnny LeBlanc, Mike Landry, Paul Boggs, Lloyd Fontenot, Joey Begnaud, Jed Begnaud, Russell Heavy Derise and Russell Castille.
