Jeanerette " Funeral Services for Bert Paul Estelle, 21 days, will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at the David Funeral Home Chapel of Jeanerette with Fr. Simoneaux officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Jeanerette on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 beginning at 11:00AM until 10:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 6:30PM. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 from 8:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery. Bert was born September 27, 2007 in New Iberia and was a resident of Lydia. He brought joy to his family and will always be their little angel. He is survived by his parents, William Paul Estelle, Sr., and Rena Benoit of Lydia; two brothers, William Paul Estelle, Jr. and Jacob Paul Estelle both of Lydia; paternal grandparents, Buddy and Susie Owens Estelle of Lydia; maternal grandmother, Darlene Simon Benoit of Abbeville; two paternal great grand mothers, Pearl Owens of Lydia, and Olla Estelle of New Iberia; two maternal great grandmothers, Barbara C. Simon of Abbeville, and Elrena Benoit of Crowley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Patrick Benoit, Sr. Pallbearers will be William P. Estelle, Sr., Buddy Estelle, Sr., Devin Hebert, and B.J. Estelle, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Peter Thibodeaux, Michael Shaw, Jr. David Funeral Home of Jeanerette 400 Provost St (337)276-5151 will be handling the arrangements.
