February 3, 1921 — December 4, 2008
New Iberia-Funeral services for Ida Decuir DeHart age 87, will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday December 7, 2008 in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Paul Onugebe officating. Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Visiting hours will be observed Sunday December 7, 2008 from 9:00 am until services at David Funeral Home in New Iberia.
A native of Loreauville and a resident of Crowley, Ida died at 7:51 pm in a Crowley Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children; Julaine DeHart Stark and her husband Collin of Crowley, Peggy DeHart Boudreaux and her husband Tim of New Iberia, Ronald Steven DeHart, and daughter-in-law-Jackie Morrow of Oklahoma, Daughter "in-Law Jennifer DeHart of New Iberia, Sister, Elsie D. Pouliot of New Iberia, Brothers, Perry Decuir and Leroy Decuir both of New Iberia , 8-Grandchildren and 7-Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilton and Maria LeBlanc Decuir, Son, Norman Richard DeHart, Sister, Mable Decuir, Brother, Oswald Decuir.
Pallbearers will be: Tim Boudreaux, Collin Stark, Joey DeHart, John Saldivar, Kenny LeBlanc, David Decuir.
