Irene Hebert Landry

Jeanerette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. David P. Landry the former Irene Hebert, Age 85, at 1:30PM Monday January 26, 2009 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in Beau Pre Mausoleum. Visitation will be Sunday January 25, 2009 from 4:30PM until 9:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30PM. Visitation will resume Monday from 8:00AM until service time.

A native of Patoutville Mrs. Landry died Friday January 23, 2009 at her residence in Jeanerette.

She is survived by son Richard Landry and daughter-in-law Helen D. Landry of Brentwood, Tennessee and son Gerald Landry and promised daughter-in-law Elaine Stansbury of Jeanerette, two sisters; Alice Hebert and Hazel Broussard of New Iberia, grandchildren; Richard Jr. and wife Kim Landry of Indianapolis, Indiana, Stephanie and husband Eric Martin of Tomball, Texas, Jeff and wife Pam Landry of Cincinnati, Ohio, Angie Dupard of Brentwood, Tennessee, Ashley Landry of Jeanerette and Cody Landry of Erath, great grandchildren; Jon and Paul Landry of Indianapolis, Indiana, Nicholas Landry, Hillary Landry and Trevor Landry of Cincinnati, Ohio, Brittany Trahan of Lafayette and Brennan and Bryan Trahan of Spring, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband; David P. Landry, her parents; Ovide and Elvine Theriot Hebert, six brothers; Murphy, Lester, Stanley, Vernice Gam , June, Doris and Paulton Hebert and one sister; Viola Degetaire.

Pallbearers will be Jeff, Richard Jr. and Cody Landry, Glenn Eldridge, Eugene Migues and Neil Shelton. Honorary pallbearers will be Brennan and Bryan Trahan, Nicholas and Trevor Landry and Bolden Bodin.
