Jeanerette-Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Exilie Courville, Sr. the former Albertine Perez, age 87, at 11:00 AM Thursday January 29, 2009 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Charles Langlois officiating. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday January 28, 2009 from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:00 AM until services. A Rosary will be prayed Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
Mrs. Courville died Monday January 26, 2009 at 9:45 PM at her daughter residence in Patterson, Louisiana.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her children: Joyce C. Dore and her husband Willis of Patterson, Angelle C. Hebert and her husband Dudless, Sr. of Charenton, T-Boy Courville and his wife Betty of New Iberia, E. John Courville and his wife Mary of New Iberia, Sisters: Bertha Louviere of Jeanerette, Marie Lee of New Iberia, Lydia Duhon of New Iberia, Brother: John Perez, Jr. of Conroe, Texas, 12 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Preceding Albertine in death are her husband: Exilie Courville, Sr. Parents: John Jean and Eva Legier Perez, Sr. a Son: Shelton Courville, Sisters: Gloria Gifford, Lena Legier, Ida Darby, Cora Migues, Inez Borel, Brothers: Elton Perez, Joseph Perez, Robert Perez, Sr.,Vedia Perez, Jean Marie Perez, Isadore Legier, 2-Granddaughters: Shelly Courville, Tammy Templet.
Pallbearers will be: Dan Courville, Shelton Courville, Dean Courville, Dudless Hebert, Jr., Willis Dore, Jr., Michael Dinger III.
