Jeanerette " A Funeral Mass will be conducted for Mrs. Euzebe Landry the former Aerice Landry, Age 98, at 10:00AM Friday November 13, 2009 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in St. Johns Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday November 12, 2009 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30PM at Davids in Jeanerette. Visitation will resume Friday from 8:00AM until service time. A native of Jeanerette, long time resident of Weeks Island and Jeanerette and current resident of Consolata in New Iberia, Mrs. Landry died Tuesday Nov. 10, 2009 at 1:45PM at Consolata Nursing Home. She was a full time Mom who loved to cook and care for her family. Survivors include her children, Mary Ellen Puckett and Euzebe Earl Landry of New Iberia, Louis J. and Andrew J. Landry of Jeanerette and August P. Landry of Maurice; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euzebe Landry; parents, Aladin and Melanie Genest Landry; brothers, Rene, Henry, August and Honore Landry and sisters, Madeline and Louise Landry.
