Loving Mother and Grandmother New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Noah Landry the former Vernet Bodin, Age 88, at 2:00PM Monday January 25, 2010 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Patrick Burke officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will be Monday January 25, 2010 from 9:00AM until service time with a Rosary being prayed at 11:00AM. A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Landry died Friday January 22, 2010 at 2:23 PM in a local health care facility. Survivors include her children, Evelyn L. Hebert, Viola L. Milliman, Victor Landry and wife Jeanette, Elton , Milton and Earl Landry all of New Iberia and Raymond Landry of Patterson; a son in law, Sonny Landry of Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Noah Landry; her parents, Paul and Noelie Bayard Bodin; a daughter, Elsie Landry; a daughter in law, Dovey Landry and a son in law, Vernice Pierre Hebert. Pallbearers will be her children and grandchildren. David Funeral Home, 1101 Trotter St. New Iberia, La. (337)369-6336 is in charge of arrangements.
