Jessie Latiolais

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Latiolais passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 4:55PM at his residence. Jessie enjoyed camping and going to the beach, his true passion was cars. He loved to spend time with his friends, family and his canine companions, Rainy Brown and Shelby Lea.

Mr. Latiolais is survived by his wife, JoAnn Latiolais of New Iberia; his mother, Ola Reaux Latiolais of New Iberia; brothers, James Latiolais, Sr. and wife Charmane of New Iberia; and Elton Latiolais, Jr. and wife Nancy of Lydia; sisters, Jean Norris and husband Stanley of Coteau; and Patricia Case and husband Patrick of Coteau Holmes; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Wayne and Sommai Persilver of Winnfield; Sister-in-law, Tina Price and husband Jeremy of Homer; Brother-in-laws, Jerry Persilver and wife Annie of Arkansas; and Scott Persilver and wife Norma of Marksville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Mr. Latiolais was preceded in death by his father, Elton Latiolais, Sr. , paternal grandparents, Stephen and Laura Latiolais, maternal grandparents, Maurice and Pauline Reaux, niece, Ashley Segura and nephew, Dalton Norris.

Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Case, Jr., Stanley Norris, Jr., Jeremy Price, Caleb Latiolais, Micheal Bourque and Elton Latiolais, Jr.

The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Charmane, Regina and Heart of Hospice for the love and care given to Jessie.
