Devoted mother and wife Abbeville " Funeral Services for Marianne Elizabeth Delcambre, 35, wife of Guy Delcambre will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, September 3, 2010 at New Life Church with Rev. Shawn Reine officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM. Visitation will resume on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 10AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. A native of Northridge, California and a resident of Denton, Texas, Marianne passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010 at Denton Regional Medical Center. Marianne was a loving wife, daughter, mother, granddaughter, sister, and daughter in law, who dearly loved spending time with her family and friends. Marianne and her husband were former youth pastors at the New Life Church for over ten years; she taught at Harvest Time Christian Academy, served on the Vermilion Parish Teen Pregnancy Task Force as a Mentor Trainer, and she and her husband were currently Discipleship Pastors at Journey Church . She is survived by her husband, Guy Martin Delcambre of Providence Village, Texas; her father, James Rosin of Glendale, Arizona; her mother, Marie Dorau Willis of Providence Village, Texas; daughters Elizabeth Marie Delcambre, Emily Anne Delcambre, and Chloe Grace Delcambre of Providence Village, Texas; maternal grandfather, Charles Dorau of Denton, Texas; paternal grandmother, Florence Salmon of Rochester, New York; brothers, Charles Rosin of Providence Village, Texas, and Jimmy Rosin of Denton, Texas; sister, Shelby Hardy of Denton, Texas; step brother, Michael Rosin of Glendale, Arizona; and mother-in-law Marguerite Delcambre of Abbeville and father-in-law Marty Delcambre of Carencro. Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Rosin, Jimmy Rosin, Cory Hardy, Josh Roberts, Seth Landry, and Brice Quibodeaux. Honorary Pallbearer will be Michael Rosin.
