Anthony Russo, Sr.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 30, 2013, from 9:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Saturday at 12:30 PM.

A native of St. Martinville and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Russo passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at 1:00 PM in a New Iberia hospital. He was a retired school bus driver with the Iberia Parish School Board and also an Auto Paint and Body Repairman. He liked vegetable gardening, fishing and being outdoors.

He is survived by his children, Angella Russo, Andrew Russo and Blaze Russo all of New Iberia; his brothers, Leonard John Russo of Harvey, Ernest Russo and Jasper Russo both of New Iberia and a grandchild, Cullen Russo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Russo, Sr. and Santa Butera Russo; his son, Anthony Russo, Jr.; his brothers, Joseph Russo and John Russo, Jr.; his sister, Virginia Dana and his grandchild, Alli Bernard.

Pallbearers will be Andrew, Blaze and Derek Russo, Neil Derouen, Jerico Jeansonne and Richard Thibodeaux.
