New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. James McDonald the former Sheila Marie White, Age 49, at 11:00AM Thursday November 4, 2010 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Jeffreys officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday November 3, 2010 from 4:00PM until 10:00PM and again Thursday from 8:00AM until 10:45AM. A native and longtime resident of New Iberia and current resident of Lafayette, Sheila died Sunday October 31, 2010 at 10:15AM in a Lafayette hospital. She was an avid sports fan who especially enjoyed watching the Saints and LSU. She was previously employed by Ambar Drilling Fluids for 16 years. Survivors include her husband, James Jim McDonald of Lafayette; sisters, Barbara Louise Mazerole of New Iberia and Jessica Becky Elizabeth Gromer of Baton Rouge; brothers, James Butch William White and Charles Charlie Clark White both of New Iberia and her loving cats. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Matthew White, Sr. and Mildred Landrem White and a brother Jessie Matthew White, Jr. Pallbearers will be Charles White Jr., Beau James White, Art Mazerole, Jr., Patrick Smith, Joe Don Weldon and David Neustrom. Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Culotta, Beanie Dugas and Jack Gromer. David Funeral Home, 1101 Trotter St. New Iberia, La. (337)369-6336 is in charge of arrangements.
