Velma Miguez Breaux

Mrs. Breaux, a native of Milton and resident of Youngsville passed away at 2:00AM on Saturday December 18, 2010 at her home.

Velma was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Mother-in-Law. Everyone who knew her always said, she is the nicest person I have ever known. She always put others before herself and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Breaux of Youngsville; son, Daniel T. Breaux and his wife, Suzanne of Lafayette; daughter, Jacqueline Jackie M. Landry and her husband Roy of Youngsville; grandson, Jason C. Landry of Youngsville; granddaughter, Ashlyn M. Breaux of Lafayette and one brother, Leroy Miguez and his wife Nellie of Broussard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Marie Baudoin Miguez; one brother, Thomas W. Miguez and one sister, Adez Hebert.

Serving as pallbearers will be Darrell Miguez, Leroy Miguez, Jason Landry, Gerald Landry, Stacey Miguez and Donald Breaux.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice; especially Lynette ONeil, Allison Elmore and Cheryl Polite. Also our deepest gratitude and love to Martha Breaux, for she worked tirelessly and lovingly; she is our Angel.
