Youngsville " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Steven S.T. Hebert, the former Bernice Gerard, 89, will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at St. Anne Catholic Church with Fr. Mouton officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Youngsville on Thursday, December 2, 2010 beginning at 10:00AM until the time of the services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at St. Anne Cemetery. Mrs. Hebert, a native and lifelong resident of Youngsville, died at 6:45PM on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Camelot of Broussard. She was known for her love to work with flowers and her ability to grow anything from virtually nothing. She also enjoyed cooking and being with her family. She is survived by her son, LeRoy Hebert and his wife Thelma of Youngsville; three grandchildren, Scottie Hebert of Walker, Cory Hebert of Baton Rouge, and Natalie Hebert of Youngsville; Nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother, Lawless Gerard of Youngsville; two sisters, Berna Boudreaux of Youngsville and Verna Loise Smith of Milton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Joseph "S.T." Hebert; her parents, Lionel and Alicia Romero Gerard; a brother, Ivy Gerard; and a sister, Lola Lane Judice Touchet. Serving as pallbearers will be David Gerard, Joey Gerard, Brennan Hebert, Steven "Cy" Hebert, Scottie Hebert, and Cory Hebert. Serving as honorary Pallbearer will be Tyler Hebert.
