New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Harold Joseph Joey Norris, Age 33, at 11:00AM Monday January 24, 2011 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Neel officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum. Visitation will be Sunday January 23, 2011 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM and again Monday from 8:00AM until service time. A native of New Iberia and current resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Joey died Monday January 17, 2011 at 12:10PM in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Joey loved his family, friends, especially the love of his life, Crystalline and his animals. He loved to fish and rebuild cars, welding machines and pretty much anything with an engine. He always stayed busy and enjoyed riding his Harley, eating Cajun food and playing pool. He always made time to help a friend in need. Survivors include his parents, Lynn A. Norris and Martha Jo Sergeant Norris of Lydia; one brother, Lynn H. Norris and wife Candice of Stillwater, Oklahoma; a sister, Wendy N. Broussard and husband Brady of Lydia; his paternal grandmother, Thelma B. Norris of Lydia; his girlfriend, Crystalline Gray of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Nephews, Kilynn, Brendon, Jadon and Joshua Norris of Stillwater and his nieces, Kaytlyn and Alissa Norris of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Emily Broussard of Lydia. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harold Joseph Norris; his maternal grandparents, James H. and Idel Bertrand Sargent and his Godmother, Esta Marie Luci Derouen. Pallbearers will be Lynn A. and Lynn H. Norris, Brady Broussard, Jason Burke, Josh Reaux and Ross Derise. Honorary pallbearers will be Lionel Obert, Coley, Kilynn and Brendon Norris, Forest and Ben LaLande, Brady Broussard, Jarred Petree and Dav Thibodeaux.
