Abbeville " Private Memorial Services for Mr. Gerard B.B. Humble, 80, will be held at a later date. A native of Rayne and a resident of Abbeville, Mr. Humble passed away at 4:30AM on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at a local health care facility. He is survived by his wife Gloria Hebert Humble of Abbeville; three sons, Ricky Humble and his wife Darlene of Erath, Gary Humble and his wife Spring of Abbeville, and Kent Humble and his wife Stephanie of Lafayette; sister, Thelma H. Lormand of Abbeville; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Curley Oliver and Marian Lucille Humble; three brothers, Curley Clyde Humble, Wilfred Allen Humble, and Bentley Humble; and sister Barbara Ann Humble Tackett.
