Youngsville - Funeral Services will be held for Daniel James Vice, 33, at 1:00PM Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville, LA with Deacon Douglas Hebert officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 12:00 Noon until 9:00PM with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00PM and will resume on Wednesday at 8:00AM until just prior to service time. Interment will follow the church service at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Youngsville, LA. Mr.Vice passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013. A native and resident of Youngsville, LA Mr. Vice was a Supervisor at Cajun Sugar Co Op in New Iberia with 15 years of service. He enjoyed Sac-a-lait fishing with his brothers, friends and family members and his time spent at family cookouts. He was a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother and Friend to many who was dearly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Katy Kendrew Vice of Youngsville, LA; two daughters, Hailey Vice and Jessica Vice; his mother, Lena H. Vice all also of Youngsville, LA; one brother, Lawrence Patrick Vice, Jr and his wife, Rhonda Miguez of Abbeville, LA and one sister, Melissa V. Lanclos and her husband, Craig of Youngsville, LA; nieces and nephews, Shelby and Noah Lanclos and Michael and Dylan Vice all of Youngsville, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Patrick Vice, Sr. and one son, Wyatt Lawrence Vice. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Patrick Vice, Jr., Todd Comeaux, Michael Vice, Dylan Vice, Craig Lanclos and Cody Kendrew. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of his Family, Friends and Co-Workers.
