New Iberia " A Mass of Christian Burial for Bryan Lee Thibodeaux, 50, will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church with Father Edward Duhon officiating. Entombment will follow in Nativity of Our Lady Masuoleum. Visiting hours will be observed on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, from 8:00 AM until service at David Funeral Home. Bryan completed High School at New Iberia Senior High School and attended trade school to become a license stylist. He gave up this practice when his grandparents became ill and required constant care. He took pride in providing the care they needed. He is survived by his life partner, Wendell Swaithes; his father, Kenneth Thibodeaux and his wife Delores Thibodeaux of New Iberia; his sister, Donna Olmstead and her life partner Donna Hartman of Alexandria; his brother Kasey Thibodeaux and his wife Kami of New Iberia and their family and sister, Shari Dressel and her husband Terrell and family. Bryan Thibodeaux was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard S. Thibodeaux and his wife Sadie F. Thibodeaux and his mother Connie.
