A Mass of Christian Burial for Alec Christopher Patin, 7 days old, will be held at 4:00PM on Monday November 18, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Broussard, LA with Rev. Bill Ruskoski as Celebrant. Interment will follow the church service at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Youngsville, LA. Alec passed away on Wednesday November 13, 2013 at Womens and Childrens Hospital of Lafayette, LA. Alec is survived by his parents, Christopher and Maria Cancino Patin of Broussard, LA; paternal grandparents, Mary and Carrol Patin of New Iberia, LA; maternal grandmother, Barbara Cancino of Basista, Pangasinan Philippines; five aunts, Andrea Broussard and her fiance, Tommy Luent of New Iberia, LA, Lisa Mallet and her husband, Terry of New Iberia, LA, Carol Haagenson and her husband, Michael of Centerville, LA, Rowena Cancino and Michelle Cancino both of Manila, Philippines and two uncles, Alberto Cancino and his wife, Christine and Benjie Cancino and Regine Fernandez all also of Manila, Philippines.
