Abbeville " A Memorial Services for Mrs. Mary Sue Jenkins Pugh, 60, will be held at 4:00PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville. There will be a gathering of friend and family from 3:00PM until the time of the services. A native of White Stone, VA and a resident of Forked Island Mrs. Pugh died on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at her residence. She was known for enjoyment of fishing, camping, gardening; but most of all her love to be with friends and family. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Gaspard and her husband Deussard of Forked Island; a son Jason Pugh and his wife Christina of Nunez; two brothers, James Jenkins, Jr. and Keith Jenkins; and six grandchildren, Trevor Gaspard and his fiance Sara; Zackery Gaspard, Tanner Pugh, Tanner Clark, Tyler Clark, and Kennon Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Neal Paw Pugh; her parents, James Jenkins, Sr. and Pauline Scott Jenkins; and a grandson, Kyle Gaspard. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Earl Mitchell, Sam Mitchell, and Bill Miller. In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donation to Animal Aid of Vermilion Area at 5937 Veteran Memorial Dr. Abbeville, LA 70510.
