Lafayette " A celebration of the life of Hunter Daniel Thibodeaux, 14, will be held Saturday February 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM, in David Funeral Home of Lafayette, with Pastor Scott Adams of Our Saviors Church officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday February 1, 2014 from 9:00 AM until time of services. A native and resident of Youngsville, he was a freshman at Comeaux High School, Hunter passed away Saturday January 25, 2014, at LeBonheur Childrens Hospital in Memphis Tennessee. Survivors include his father Russell and his wife Jamie Thibodeaux of Youngsville; his mother Victoria and her husband Michael Spencer of Arkansas; four brothers Cullen and Logan both of Youngsville, and Nikolos and Kaevyn both of Arkansas; his sister Cameron of Youngsville; his grandmothers Sandra Thibodeaux of Church Point, Janelle Doucet of Lafayette, and Dianna Cater of Arkansas; his great grandmother Virgin Matte of Lake Charles; his great grandparents Richard and Aubrey Doucet of Lafayette; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Hunter was preceded in death by his grandfathers Russell Thibodeaux Sr. and Johnny Cater. David Funeral Home 316 Youngsville Hwy Lafayette La. (337) 837-9887 is in charge of arrangements.
