Youngsville " Funeral Services for Mr. Lawless Joseph Gerard, 74, will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, 10, 2011 at David Funeral Home Chapel in Youngsville with Deacon Cody Miller officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at David Funeral Home of Youngsville from 9:00AM until service time. Interment will follow in St. Anne Cemetery. A native and resident of Youngsville, Mr. Gerard passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was a past president of Woodmen of the World and worked as a sugarcane farmer all of his life. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Derouen Gerard of Youngsville; his sons, Leonil Joseph Gerard and wife Jeniece, Paul Richard Gerard, Andy Michael Gerard and wife Michelle, Lawless Jude Gerard, and Chad James Gerard and wife Amber, all of Youngsville; his daughter, Angela Miles Box and husband David of Youngsville; two sisters, Berna Boudreaux of Youngsville and Verna Smith of Milton; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonil and Alicia Romero Gerard; his brother, Joseph Ivy Gerard; two sisters, Bernice Hebert and Lola Judice; and one grandson, Cody Jude Gerard.
