New Iberia - Memorial services will be conducted for Mrs. Roy Lancon, the former Rebecca Enfinger, age 62, on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at 10:30 AM at the David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Barry Crochet officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, from 9:00 AM until the service time. A native of Dothan, Alabama and a resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Lancon passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014, at her residence in New Iberia, LA. Mrs. Lancon was a school teacher at Coteau Elementary. She is survived by her husband, Roy Lancon of New Iberia; her mother, Sarah Jeanette Dennis and her step-father Mark of New Iberia; two sons, Sammy Pugliese of Precott, AZ and Angelo Pugliese of Hawaii; 4 grandchildren; her sister, Cindy Enfinger, of New Iberia and her treasured pet, Daisy. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis F. Enfinger, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. David Funeral Home of New Iberia, 1101 Trotter St. (337)369-6336 is in charge of arrangements.
