ERATH-Funeral services for Brett A. Dyson, 18, will be 2:00PM Friday June 19, 2015 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Bill Melancon officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery in Abbeville. Visitation will be in David Funeral Home of Erath Thursday June 18, 2015 from 11:00AM until 10:00PM with recitation of the rosary at 6:30PM and will resume Friday from 10:00AM until service time Brett, born in Abbeville and a resident of Erath passed away Saturday June 13, 2015 He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Terry LaPointe of Erath; maternal grandparents Eugene and Gloria Faulk of Erath; brothers Blake Dyson of Abbeville, Christopher Dyson and Bryson Daigle both of Erath; sisters Sharelle Romero of Eunice, Rachel Wilson of Abbeville, Amber Dyson of Erath, and Lacey Dyson of Kaplan; step sisters Brandie Connerly and Tara Shaker both of Abbeville.
