Lafayette – Memorial services for Billie Edward Ruthsatz, 68, will be held at a later date

A native of Wenatchee Washington and a resident of Erath Billie passed away on Thursday February 4, 2016 at Maison De Lafayette.

Billie is survived by his brother Raymond Roper; and his sister Patsy Coleman.

He is preceded in death by his parents William and Ruth Jackson Ruthsatz.
