Jeanerette ~ A Funeral Mass for Miss Connie Simoneaux Clark, age 58, will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church with Father Jody Simoneaux serving as officiant.  Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Mausoleum in Patoutville.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2016 from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM at David Funeral Home of Jeanerette.  Miss Connie S. Clark died on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 2:07 PM in Jeanerette, LA.

Miss Clark leaves behind to cherish and honor her memory, her daughters; Tracy M. Clark and partner Needron Bernard of Jeanerette, and Candice A. Clark and fiancée Seth Kidder of Jeanerette; Granddaughter, Blaire R. Clark of Jeanerette; Sisters, Sonja Simoneaux of Lydia, Eileen S. Landry and husband Ronnie of Lafayette and a brother, Lonnie Simoneaux of Ponchatoula; Nieces, Dawn Morris of New Iberia, Michelle Boutte and husband Patrick of New Iberia, Shay Brasseaux and husband Chris of Franklin, Bethany Kuhlman and husband Mark of Franklin; Nephews, Joseph Simoneaux and wife Candie of Mount Hermon, LA, and Brian Landry of Lafayette; along with Numerous Great Nieces and Nephews.

Miss Clark was preceded in death by her parents; father, Mr. Ordie Simoneaux and mother, the former Miss Marguerite Rawlins.

Miss Clark loved cooking for everyone and thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends.  Employed by Jeanerette Mills for over ten years, she found her true pleasure was in the satisfaction of preparing and serving delicious meals.  She leaves behind her closest and dearest friends and Rusty, her beloved Maltipoo who was her constant sidekick and companion through life.

Serving the honor of Pallbearers will be Glenn G. Clark, Seth Kidder, Needron Bernard, Donald Kidder, Rodney Lafont and Gerald Gary.

The family would like to give Special Thanks for the care and compassion extended by Bridgeway Hospice and the staff of Maison Teche Nursing Home.
