LAFAYETTE-Funeral Services for Wanda Rae Miller,74, will be 11:30AM Thursday December 14, 2017 in David Funeral Home of Lafayette with Rev. Weldon Moak officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.

Visitation will be in David Funeral Home of Lafayette Wednesday December 13, 2017 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM and will resume Thursday from 8:00AM until service time.

Wanda, born in Vidor, TX and a resident of Lafayette passed away Monday December 11, 2017 in Lafayette General Medical Center. She was a Teacher’s Aide at East Elementary School in Eunice for many years. She was a member of the Evangeline Car Club. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with family and friends and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Billy Ray Miller of Lafayette, sons Allen Ray Miller and wife Carolyn of Scott, Randy James Miller of Lafayette, her grandchildren Michael, Stephen, Bradley, Brennan, Nicholas, Neeley, and Christian, and her great grandchildren Brayden and Ava

She is preceded in death by her parents Charles Ray and Jessie Nell  Sandifer Butler
