Lawrence Courville

Loreauville—A mass of Christian  Burial will be conducted for Lawrence J. Courville, age 68, on Friday, January 5, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church located at 117 South Main Street Loreauville at 10:00 AM with Fr. Barry Crochet officiating. Interment will follow funeral services in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.  A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM prior to the funeral mass.

Mr. Lawrence J. Courville went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 25, 2017, at 11:30 AM.

Lawrence loved fishing, hunting, cooking and spending time with his family. He was proud to call himself a farmer and being a farmer he truly enjoyed riding on his tractor.

Lawrence is survived by his wife of 48 years Vanessa Judice Courville, his children; Christopher Courville and his wife Ashley of Loreauville, April Hunter and her husband Jarad  and Jed Courville and his wife Laura, grand-children; Kyla Hunter, Landon Courville, Jase Hunter, Remi Courville, Audrey Courville and Eli Hunter, brothers; George Courville and his wife Corrine of Galliano and Douglas Courville, father-in-law; Beauregard Judice Jr. and his wife Judy of Loreauville, numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Julia Rebert Courville and siblings; Audrey Courville and Earl Courville.
