Keith "Mummy" Tauzin Sr.

Loreauville – Funeral Services for Keith “Mummy” Tauzin, Sr, age 55, will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at David Funeral Home, 118 North Main Street, of Loreauville with Mr. Kearn Alan Dooley officiating the services.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Loreauville on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and will continue on Thursday , March 8, 2018 from 8:00 AM until time of funeral service. A recitation of the rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM.

A lifelong resident of Loreauville, he was a hard working man that provided for his family. His main focus in life was to make sure that his family was taken care of. His hobbies included fishing in Lake Dautrive and working on his truck. Keith loved driving his airboats and recently started driving airboats once more as it was his passion which he spoke often about. His true joy came from his families’ love and support. He will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate to know him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Angela Horton Tauzin; two sons, Anthony Tauzin and Keith Tauzin, Jr of Loreauville; daughters, Taylor Tauzin of Loreauville and Nateshia Horton of Coteau; parents, Jerome Tauzin and Hilda Bergeron Tauzin of Loreauville; sisters, Gwen Tauzin of Loreauville; brother, Brian Tauzin of Loreauville; grandchildren, Logan Viator and Amalee Brenskill of Coteau.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Tauzin.

Pallbearers will be Luke Capritto, Richard Horton, Jr, Anthony Paul Tauzin, Patrick Leger, Jr., J. J. and Thomas Bourque.

Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Tauzin, Jr. and Matt Capritto.
