Lafayette – Funeral services for Leonie Gary, 91, will be held Wednesday November 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville with Deacon Keith Duhon of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milton officiating.
Visitation will be held Tuesday November 20, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM and will continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of services. Burial will follow in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of New Iberia Leonie passed away Monday November 19, 2018 at Belle Teche Nursing and Rehab.
Survivors include his sister Shirley Segura; two brothers Vinton Gary Sr. and his wife Juanita, and Wilson and his wife Dee Gary; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Leonie was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Irene Louviere Gary; and parents Leon and Ozile Romero Gary.
David Funeral Home 316 Youngsville Hwy. 337-837-9887 is in charge of arrangements.
